Asking for support

We are always happy to help whenever you encounter any difficulties using our products.

When asking for help, keep in mind that we need your help as well. Always provide as much information about the issue as possible. It saves time and effort on both sides and your project will be up and running faster.

General recommendations are:

  • Explain the setup to the details (both hardware and software used, including version numbers).
  • Send us REXYGEN System Log (REXYGEN Studio -> Target -> Show System log -> right click -> Export Items -> All items) - this is ‚Äčnecessary.
  • If possible, attach also a minimum working example demonstrating the error (the whole Project directory including all *.mdl files and *.rio driver configuration files).
  • Describe the steps to reproduce the issue.

Unless you provide an accurate and complete description of the issue, we can hardly provide laser-targeted support which will get you out of the trouble.
